What is the return policy?

All items are final sale, some exceptions may apply to unopened packages. In exceptional cases a 40% restocking fee will apply to unopened items.

What are the shipping options?

Our shipping costs are set by our vendors, but we will search multiple places to find the most competitive rates! Based on past orders, most local shipping rates within the Greater Calgary Area are under $25.00. Order prices throughout Canada vary on item size but are usually under $100.00. International orders are subject to higher rates because of the customs! When will I receive my order?

Order processing times take an average of 3 business days (subject to item stock quantities). If your order is delayed we will reach out to you so you know exactly how long you have to wait!

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please have your order number and contact information ready, and give us a call or email! We will respond to you as soon as we can to make the situation right!

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please give us a call or write us an email with detailed information and pictures! We will be happy to offer replacements for defective items!
