Unopened items

- Most of new items (Items should be returned in their original packaging).

- Unopened items which were not special orders.

- Bought within 30 days of delivery.

- All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Special order items

- Special order items may be returned at our discretion. 

 Special order returns may also be subject to a 40% restocking fee 

Opened or used items

Will not accepted.

Other returned items

Missing the serial number or UPC, or 

Returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted. 

Process of returning or exchanging items:

You must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. 

Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Support & Braces
  • Bathroom Equipment
  • Pressure Prevention items      (including Sheepskin, Ventopedic)
